Type B - Polypropylene Cam and Groove Coupling

● Polypropylene Type B Cam and Groove Coupler  

● Female Coupler x Male NPT Thread

All Poly Couplers and Adapters

 ● The Type B coupler is ordinarily used with a matching size Type F adapter

● However, this Type B coupler can be used with a identical size Type A or Type E adapters.

● They can be sealed closed with a Type DP (Dust Plug) of matching size.

 Description:

● Polypropylene Female Cam and Groove Adapter x Male NPT Thread

How To Use:

● To connect, slide the Type B Coupler onto a Male Adapter and then close the two cam handles at the same time.

● To disconnect, lift up the cam lever arms and uncouple the two pipe fittings.

To Install:

● Thread the Male NPT portion into a Female NPT Thread.

Will connect with:

● The coupler portion will couple with a Male Adapter.

● The threaded end will connect to a Female NPT Thread. (National Pipe Thread)

Used for:

● Installing a Female Cam & Groove into a Male NPT Threaded end.

● Connecting with a Male Adapter of matching size.

Sizes:

● This Poly Coupler is offered in sizes starting from 1/2" up to 4".

● ข้อต่อประเภท B โดยทั่วไปใช้ร่วมกับอะแดปเตอร์ประเภท F ที่มีขนาดตรงกัน

● อย่างไรก็ตาม คัปเปิลประเภท B นี้สามารถใช้ได้กับอะแดปเตอร์ประเภท A หรือประเภท E ที่มีขนาดเท่ากัน

● สามารถปิดผนึกได้โดยใช้Type DP (Dust Plug) ที่มีขนาดตรงกัน

วิธีใช้ :

● ในการเชื่อมต่อ ให้เลื่อนตัวเชื่อมต่อประเภท B เข้าไปที่อะแดปเตอร์ตัวผู้ จากนั้นจึงปิดที่จับแคมทั้งสองตัวพร้อมกัน

● หากต้องการถอดออก ให้ยกแขนคันโยกแคมขึ้นและปลดอุปกรณ์ท่อทั้งสองออก

การติดตั้ง :

● ร้อยส่วน NPT ตัวผู้เข้าไปในเกลียว NPT ตัวเมีย

จะเชื่อมต่อกับ :

● ส่วนตัวต่อจะต่อเข้ากับ อะแดป เตอร์ตัวผู้

● ปลายเกลียวจะเชื่อมต่อกับเกลียว NPT ตัวเมีย (เกลียวท่อแห่งชาติ)

ใช้สำหรับ :

● การติดตั้ง Cam & Groove ตัวเมียในปลายเกลียว NPT ตัวผู้

● การเชื่อมต่อกับอะแดปเตอร์ตัวผู้ที่ขนาดตรงกัน

ขนาด :

● ข้อต่อโพลีนี้มีจำหน่ายในขนาดตั้งแต่ 1/2" ถึง 4"

วัสดุในการก่อสร้าง :

●  ผลิตจากโพลี โพรพีลีน
